Viewings and negotiations

With your property showcased across various channels, we schedule and conduct viewings. Our agents provide guided tours, presenting your property enthusiastically, professionally, and transparently, ensuring prospective buyers gain a comprehensive understanding. We promptly share viewers’ feedback with you after each viewing. When an interested party submits an offer, we initiate negotiations to secure the best possible terms.

Finalising the sale and property transfer

Upon reaching a verbal agreement, we meticulously draft the purchase contract. Once all parties sign, the sale is official. The buyer then has a statutory three-day cooling-off period. After this period, and the fulfilment of any conditions precedent, the sale becomes irrevocable. The buyer is required to provide a deposit or bank guarantee, typically 10% of the purchase price, to the notary. On the agreed transfer date, a final inspection of the property is conducted with all parties present. If the buyer is satisfied, we proceed to the notary’s office to sign the transfer deed, officially transferring ownership and handing over the keys.
